Executive Connection S.A.S. was established in November 11, 2011 by Santiago Solis Arias and María Isabel Ventura Torres based on their acquired experience for more than 12 years within international executive search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart.

They offer professional services like hunting and selection and assessment for top level executives in Latin America with emphasis in the Andean Region and Central America.
